I have very good leadership qualities an i can read a persons character very well.

i am currently working in Hiv Management. We rove to varies clinics in and around KZN. We are more into medicine supply management and now have moved on to a new programme which is called CCMDD (Centralised Chronic Medicines Dispensing and Distribution). I have been a supervisory Pharmacist Assistant from 2015- 2017. I have many skills, one of which is working under pressure to get the results at a required time. I go out of my way to make all people i interact with feel important. I work with al types of people in different categories of employment. Respect is given to all.

Pros: Opportunity to grow and widen my knowledge
Cons: Limited working experiece, no opportunity for promotions.

Trainings

Working at Wits health Consortium was/is a great experience and a opportunity to learn about life, dangers of life. I have never worked with so many staff in different fields in one organisation from different countries, places. Working here was a great experience for me. The most challenging aspect was to see how the sexworkers have to face so many things in life just to earn a Salary and yet a lesson to appreciate what you have in life. I enjoy coming to work not knowing what the next day might be. Everyday was a different day from the previous day.

Pros: Refer to my cons
Cons: I have never been in the situation whereby I have to work any long hours. So that will be my pros and my cons
