Life at the work place

It is a 11hours a day work whereby you don't stand still.everybody knows each other and what I have learned in this short period of time is from the beginning product to the end product.The most challenging aspect is when you need to know everything.

Broblem solving

I have a good relationship with my corworkers,and also enjoy working as a team. The most chalanging aspect of my job is the condition of the work enviroment.

Pros: my advantages are gaining experience in industrial operational procedures and skills development.
Cons: my disadvantages of working at this company are traveling from my place to work, chances of progressing in terms of positions as well as lack of expossure.

Excellent learning curve

currently I am working with account payable and the computer system is AS400 and I would like to join other company with computer system that are a bit challenging as I like to learn new exciting things

I have working knowledge of the latest HR practices & processes.

My prime focus is on employee related issues and activities. I provide Ops and line managers with LRA, BCEA, Health & Safety advice and guidance on employee relations. I administer the payroll function and all related administrative duties of the payroll. Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures . Manage COIDA and facilitate administration of IOD accordingly. Organise employee Wellness days and programs. Facilitate the resolution of conflict through investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes. Recruitment and Selection process.

Pros: I have the ability to spearhead the continous improvement of HR policies and procedures to align with company's set of goals.
Cons: Not glued up with performance management.
