WinWin International Reviews

The Draught Master

Daily commute to outlets travelling the length and breadth of the country. Conduct about five training sessions a day. Submitting daily training reports. Kiase with the office on the office on any issues arising. I had a very good relationship with my colleagues we always asked helped each other on issues we were not sure about. I personally had to mentor three new appointees. I learnt alot of responsibility, I had to be professional at all times. I needed to on time all the time for my sessions so planning my day and route was essential, I had to know how to structure my session accordingly to accommodate the next one but also give a good training session.. I enjoyed the travelling and the experience of meeting new people all the time and not know how your next training session is going to be and never judge a book by its cover. Learning about the different types of of beer and the technicalities behind it What was challenging was managing time, and knowing how to deliver a good session all the time

Pros: Travel experience, meeting new people. Good benefits.
Cons: Long travelling hours.

Amazing culture. Not much room for growth

It’s ana amazing place to work. The people are amazing, the offices are beautiful and the culture is very appealing. It is very easy to get pigeon holes and not earn as much as you should .

Pros: Fun culture
Cons: Low salaries
