I learned how to be patient and also working under pressure with and without a team.

My relationship with my colleagues is very good...we help each other out in terms of work and I learned a lot from them...I enjoy what I did because I got to interact with the customers and having to be able to assist them on the best of my ability...well the most challenging aspect of the job is having to deal with angry customers but I do find a way to harm them down and try to assist and come up with a solution of the problem...

Pros: The greatest opportunity for a promotion is to become a team leader but you work hard
Cons: Working hours I 6 hours plus 3 extra hours which makes it 9 hours a day
