Pros: Normal working hours and only 1 Saturday a month
Cons: I won't be able to grow further in the company

Tought me a new skil

Love my job just not getting paid enough not a place to grow I'm the only installer in my company and I feel I'm not being valued I feel I'm being taken for a ride. I would stay at my job no problem but I have to live. Enough of the bad. I love the new challenges I get. When it's a unusual installation I love making plans on how to fit the item to the best of my ability. It's really a Pitty that my boss doesn't see my value I'm really gonna miss this job. But hey I have to move on to bigger and better things

Pros: I get to see new places every day and I get to meet new people every day I love doing what im doing
Cons: the money just doesnt go with what im worth
