Excellent learning curve

I have learnt not to take guests complaints personally. My colleagues in my department we work well together but find with other departments there are a bit of conflicts. I enjoy the interaction with guests. Challenges at work are not having the proper equipment.

Fantastic working environment lots to give and learn

I am my duties are that of a front office manager but for some reason l worked as an assistant front office manager and according to their structures we had no from office manager but we directly reported to rooms division manager this makes your work difficult as you are stilled and you don't have room to implement anything without passing through the TDM well the working there

Pros: Workmates very educative and assistance readily available
Cons: Limited opportunities for growth

Excellent learning exsperience

The Winchester Mansions is like a home away from home. That is the way we make our guest feel. I have exsperinced and learnt so much at this hotel about passion and friendliness for your job and the effect your personality has on the return of guest. Guest enjoy being at our restaurant because of the the staff and having the realness accompanied with professionalism is wat the guest appreciate.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Long working hours
