Am a cashier at wimpy meyerton i realy enjoy what am doing daily i master the position because am very energetic fast learner and very friendly, iv got a good relationship with my customers i make sure that they happy with the service if they happy am happy.as for my staff we work together as a team we love one another we coperate with each other we have a good relationship.working at a restaurants changes people attitude because you alwys have to smile and be friendly at all time thats what iv learnt and also how to handle customer complains if you smile and give them possitive attitude then there wont be any problems.the problem that we normally face every day is customers who are rude but i also know how to handle the redeness all you do is smile and stay vibrant.wimpy is a big company whereby you learn lot of things daily.

Best learning challenge curve
I am a disciplined individual who accepts responsibility readily and enjoys the learning experience. Having no borders communicating at all levels with cultures, able to maintain a sense of humour while having complete control of my emotion. I am cable of conducting a professional manner in situation. I consider myself to be diplomatic, loyal and able to delegate.

I am willing to learn more and challenges new challenges
At my workplace i enjoying working with customers , which is solving complaints and always go a extra mile for our customers.I always involved myself in staff activities and train newcomers.In my work place i have learned alot of patience how to deal with difficult staffmembers and customers ,so i am willing to challenge any new ideas.the most enjoyable was meeting new people ,teach myself how to communicate towards others and also teaches my staff .Trust amongst us was one of our tools,cleaniness,hygiene.To work in a food industry is very challenging ,but you must try by all means to keep your customers happy
Pros: i started as waitron,cashier than get promoted too floormanager than get promoted as a senior manager
Cons: i am doing a 8 hour shifts when it is busy it is a 12 hour shift

I have learnt how to work with people and how to give best service to customers
It is good to work people I daily bases and learn how to treat others. I have learnt a lot from my employer whose is there to make sure customers and us(employees) are satisfied all the the timeless. Relationship between us(works)is so amazing in the such a way that I don't have any words to describe it,but everyone feel at home when we at work.I enjoy working on the Gril everyday because I like to cook myself and corporations is what I like when I work with people. The most challenging thing about my job is time and pressure, at 6o'clock in the morning we must be at work and time to knock off 21:00 at night.

Excellent communication experience
I have developed an excellent skill of communicating with different people at all levels. Iam able to work underpressure.in can meet all the needs of the customers even without the m asking me to.

I got to learn to be dedicated and focused. Worked long hours, under pressure everyday.
Working at Wimpy was a part time job, I got the opportunity to work there for 3 years. As one of the youngest staff members I got to learn a lot from the staff itself besides that I got to work with different characters and different personalities which helped me to understand and deal with those different characters and personalities. I also got to learn how to submit under leadership. I would like to believe my good behaviour was the reason I worked there for 3 years without problems until I left myself, I was complemented a few times on that too by the bosses and staff members. I loved and enjoyed my job so much

I really enjoyed working there and I have gained a lot of experience
Working at the restaurant makes you grow and it teaches you lot of thing.Working there taught me how to deal with lot of things like customer complains and what they like and how they like their thing.we we're working as a team and my team mates we're regally good at everything. I love working with people and I enjoy it because you get to learn lot of thing from different people

I am dedicated in my work, passionate and have an excellent communication skills
They always make you to fill at home and welcome. When you are at wo r you always enjoy your work they always make sure that you are safe near the customers and always smile . I really enjoyed working at wimpy because it rought me that life its always about your family o my you family everywhere you go and that serving people at a restaurant its not that you are or educated or stupid you can do what you want i your wherever u have qualifications or n't.
