Wilmar SA (Pty) Ltd is a growing organisation with many opportunities

There environment is traditional but friendly. The company supplies their staff with lunch every Friday. My manager promotes growth and learning. The company sponsors studies relating to the work after you have worked for a period of time. I enjoy the freedom of contributing idead and adding value. The challenge is the distance that I travel and the strict working hours - there is no flexibility with regards to time. You will be rewarded if you are a hard and smart worker.

Pros: Studies are paid for if substantiated with personal goals, performance and the period you are with the company
Cons: Not flexible, traditional environment
