Great working experience and knowledge acquired

As Production Team Leader in the packaging of product ,raw material(cooking oil), I reported directly to the production manager. Working with Mr Sigwebela was a fantastic learning curve for me and I gained much knowledge and experience in production management. I led a team of members on required production area's as and when the demand for different products were needed. It was my overall duty of production administration, quality control and safety for the entire department of 76 staff and training and guiding other team leaders in their required production area's of their quality control and administration. Waste control and raw materials were also part of my portfolio. In my working experience I got to learn and understand the technical requirements of our equipment from raw materials to finished packed products. Including and not limited to Unscramblers, Injection moulding, filling and capping, labelling, case packing and palletizing.

Pros: Very limited growth oppertunity
Cons: Very long working hours

To work as team an accountability,to be a team leader.

A best day on me at work it has to be very welcomed by my co-workers,I can really like to work with someone's whose gonna show me what to do without any grievances but to be open and friendly then I can perform my duties good,what I have learned before is to take very step at a time and try not to be careless especially while I would be driving,challenges about what I would be doing mostly is to stay alert to some employees mostly pedestrian.

Pros: Is to do your best and punctuality,loyalty.
Cons: Is work loads pushes you to be at work you need to be reliable and work overtime.

Good experience

Full finance function, hr, payroll, financial statements , vat, handling all user queries on pastel,loading bank accounts daily, debtors, creditors queries

Im a hard worker strive to achieve the best

i work for the best company who offer great support to emplyees and where safety is a big priority,i was able to start my engineering studies was part of the proto team,ee/aa employment equity team incident investigator and plus a SHE representative in my department.the thing i strive more under pressure it brings out the best in me.

Pros: i love to grow as an individual and im driven.
Cons: im an excellent individual and great team player.
