Rewarding Job

I love my job and my field of work as it is very enriching. I have the pleasure of offering counselling to learners who need it, as well as offer intervention strategies for learners who are at risk. I enjoy team work and offering support to learners at the school as well as to my colleagues.

Pros: Rewarding Job in making a difference in the lives of learners
Cons: Limited to working with only learners and staff at the school

Good oppertunity for new challenges.

The current company that I am working in has become an unfair place to work in as only certain persons are seen doesn't matter how hard you work. I don't expect recognition for the work that I do but when walking 1000 extra miles doing the things that are not your resposibilty please do give recognition for that. I am the type of person that would never say no to items asked to do or to say that is not in my job discription. Willowridge High has a hand full of people doing less and less because they know that they are one of the favourites. One of the things I like about my current work is that I get to work with all age groups, colour and creed.

Pros: Working with many different people
Cons: No more school holidays and no promotion oppertunities.
