Good learning curve

working here at Williams hunt has been a learning curve firstly having to adjust to different personalities and knowing customer service, knowing how to handle customers even telephonically "manners" when speaking over the phone... and my relationship with my co-workers has been very good cause I get to learn a lot from them I learned the following since I've been at Williams hunt Pretoria how to process for vehicles, how to make orders , how to do the company banking cause I am the part-time cashier , a manner in which you have to deal with a customer. the most things I enjoy about this place is the fact that I get along with my co-workers , we help each other every now and then, the friendliness of the atmosphere is so great. meeting the deadline and then the sale executives told you nothing about the delivery during the having to make orders processing and payments to the head office and having to hand out cash for delivery and to have to wait for the head office to approve .

Pros: great oppertunity for people in motor industry
Cons: working lomgs hours for little overtime

Im a energetic,friendly lady with a positive attitude and I'm very passionate about my work

It's a small company and there is no room to grow,everyone is friendly so feels like a small family when in the office.Sometimes team working feom people in same department is hard to accomplish because everyone is fighting for a bigger role to pla.

Cons: No room for grow

Working foreman

the working foreman at my company do the basics as well as training new appys . enjoy when everything runs smooth and target was reach as well as working together as a team, I've learn a lot since I started and most of all still learning to be better at my position. I like to figure out something that is a head scratching moment and a came right with it.

Pros: every one for him self
Cons: look after each other and everything will go smooth
