I enjoy what I am doing because every day there is something different new challenges interactive involve with staff and management .getting so busy with the day you sometime forget to manage time interactively getting involve with diff cultures and personality and find a way to manage and control all of that My relationship with my co workers and staff is simple just treat each other with respect and what need to be done and explain they responsibility toward the company it is not about the manager but about the company

Pros: Gaine as much from the trade as posible
Cons: try and see as much clients which we sometimes do not get to do as often
