Excellent learning curve

Good team spirit. Very knowlagable. Company willing to train. Understanding management. Not easy working for executives not knowing the market.company has open door policy. Enjoy working here and would recommend any electrical or mechanical engineer to start their career here. Company pushes you to your limits to grow you as a person. 7 to 5 working day. Good medical. Good pension. No bonuses. No increases in 5 years................. ................... ........................ ........................ .................

Excellent learning curve

I am greatful I had to work at this company because I was fresh from varsity and I had no experience but with Wilec I have learned how to speak to different cusrom9in a very professional manner, I learned how to use syspro when loading the daily orders that were placed by customers on a daily basis I learned how to work with my suppoive and well mannered team

Outstanding learning curve

Working at Wilec has been a great learning experience for me. I have learned a lot about the products the company manufactures and also how the working procedure goes. It has thought me patience, how to handle working under pressure and how to work with difficult customers. I share a very good relationship with my colleagues and they are always there to help whenever I need them.

Pros: There is growth in the company, award ceremonies
Cons: Working overtime on weekends

Badly run

The company is being handicapped by poor executive management. There are no systems in place. It is difficult to get things done, as the company is old and expects to still run as it did 40 years ago. Managers are involved in a constant power struggle which carries down to the rest of the company.

Pros: Great opportunity to be involved at all levels.
Cons: Difficult to work.

Am hardworking and always make sure I finish my deadline on time

The relationship with my colleagues egue is professional and we work as a team. The Management is dominated by uneducated people. Am hard worker and work well under pressure.

I need a company with medical aid benefit as it is not subsidised here and there is no 13 cheque

As a dedicated staff member who is always willing to learn I am currently studying Business Management Diploma. And have over 15 years experience I believe that I need a lot more challenging job .

Pros: working with lazy and shift blaming is my worse enemy
Cons: working with people who are willing to learn and willing to share theiir knowledge is much mote encouraging
