Wild Coast Sun Reviews

Enjoyed my years working here.

They force staff to retire when they reach the age of 60, whether or not they wish to or are capable of carrying on working. There have been many changes there in the time I worked there and I feel that a lot of the staff are very dissatisfied with the current Management. I am at present managing the shop at the Waterpark, which is a new venture and which I have found challenging.,

Pros: It is difficult to get promoted on merit in this company.
Cons: Shift work, due to the nature of the business.

Working with guests, see them gamble, see different reaction when they win or loose. Pressure that we get from them. Makes you know how to treat them As different as they are but satisfy them.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn about the industry
