Alot of new things to learn

• I work on my own within a small finance team consisting of 6 staff, I run the creditors from capturing the supplier to paying the supplier in the bank. It puts a lot of pressure on me as I do it on my own for 2 companies. I also capture and balance 8 cashbooks as well as balance the intercompany and loan accounts. • To simplify this process, with the help of my colleague, Dian we built a spreadsheet in excel to import the data from the system we use(Syspro) to automatically refresh every time new information is entered into our accounting system. This enables me to have a view of all supplier payments captured in each period for both companies so that I can ensure that the invoice is captured in the correct period and to the correct general ledger account. It also enables me to check that the intercompany and loan accounts balance as well as the cashbooks tying back to the bank statements.

Exposure to Mobile Transacting

I am an Early Starter. When I get to Work I get Busy on my Queue as it is a fast paced environment with Incomming Calls, Emails and Tickets. I have a Good Relationship with my Co-workers as we Learn from each other everyday. Customer Satisfaction and building Customer Relationships is what I enjoy most. Encounteriing New Errors are Challenging of things that worked before an Scheduled Update or Ugrade.

Cons: Not informed to Upgrades and Updates on Platforms, Training, Fast Growth Minimal but Support Agents

Excellent learning curve

Good company but lacks some.process and structure In all.aspects of the business. The meal benefit is a great incentive. Love the relaxed environment.
