Good opportunity

I am a Junior Web Developer at Wiggle Diggital.My Duties is to Create website and maintains them for clients. I work 5 hours a day, but if i did not finish my work i stay up to 18h00 pm. I work with a team on our projects.We have a good relationship because we respect one another and everyone knows what he/she work. The first hour in the morning we usual gather together and discuss about projects who are finished, out stand and on hold. The most things i have learnt is to work with a team and know how to share good ideas and come up with bright ideas. I enjoy creating websites and learning more about how to create website , mobile app and java application. The most challenging things about my work, it when i have lot of projects and they have the same due date and i have to finish them on time and another thing it the clients that am dealing with sometimes they do not understand websites and i have to teach them about some of things that are on the websites.

Good learning

I was developing front-end with HTML,CSS,bootstrap, WordPress and Developing back-end with plugins, php,mysql. I work 10 hours a day. We were working as a team, because the was someone who was busy with the pictures of our project and someone who was busy with content. I learned a lot about working in team and time management. I enjoyed programming, even if it was a bit challaging.

Biggest mistake

Toxic work environment, lack of leadership, ridiculous work hours, zero employee respect, no structural processes, no HR presence, under staffed. My relationship with my co workers is the only positive aspect of my current job. I’m really not happy with the way in which Wiggle Digital operates as an entity, it doesn’t represent my character due to the lack of integrity of the company. Especially the gross abusive treatment of valuable employees.
