Looking for greater opportunities.

Tge company could do with understanding and appreciation of worker wellness,which it lacked. The growth of workers is secondary, promotions limited and ethnicity determines your growth in the company.

Excellent learning experience

I have leaned a lot at wieta. I will always look back on what a NPO is. Excited to work in a different field. Everything is open on their website. Looking very good to their employees. Still have to manage staff wellfare and workload for each staff member. Need more open man to man discussion with employees

Pros: Their are no opportunities for promoting
Cons: Working hours also no good
