Wicked Campers Reviews

Customer Satisfaction

I value each and every customer i have dealings with. My experience with customer service and engagement equipped me with skills that will be beneficial for this role. Another plus is the fact that I can converse in all three official languages of the Western Cape. I work well in a team. I enjoyed our working together to open different branches/stores fighting but put in our all for the outcome we desired

Pros: Working with all spheres of government and different stakeholders.
Cons: Working away from home for long period of times

Overworked and underpaid

The call centre is managed by someone who stole in the past and was brought back for his "expertise", there is no communication with regards to shift changes, there is no HR to approach and there is only 2 people who get increases and they do the least work, your personal cellphone is abused (20+ work whatsapp groups), you get sworn at constantly and then when you ask questions you are told you have an attitude problem... and HO/ Owner of the company will not hire someone who is a part of a union... the list is way longer... but honestly they kept everyone on during covid but not worth the lack of sleep or constant financial stress with regards to when one's salary will be paid

Pros: None
Cons: See above description
