Time keeper, panctual and self-confidence. Daily task was working as an Administration and managing staff. And quarterly I use to have stock count to minimize stock loss.

Pros: Keeping the work upto date and punctuality all the time.
Cons: Willing to work overtime when requested to and keep my job updated at all times

Excellent

I am a leader leading with examples at work place. I can motivate a team to work hard and be motivated all the time. At work place I like to learn different things and my staff always there to support everything I implement. I enjoy working with people who are wiling to learn and not to be shy to ask. I enjoy working with people who takes their jobs serious and enjoying what they do at work place. Commitment is a key in a work place. The most challenges I face is when you deal with people who don't want to coporate at or take things serious in work place.

Pros: Always working hard focused, integrity
Cons: Long hours
