Calling customers for orders, sort out delivery, account and pick up queries. Punching customer orders in the system for delivery. Follow up on deliveries and out of stock items with the buyers. Doing quotes for customers. Gathering info for a special item that the customer want but thats not a stick item.

Pros: Interacting with different people
Cons: Being shouted at for someone else's mistake

always start my day early inorder to be at customers when they open, early bird catches the worm, withthe fast growing competitive market sales people need to be visible at all times and deliver impecable customer service presales and after sale, doing reports is not a waste of time but a way forward if help is needed in the field, i motivate and guide my collegues to meet their targets evdnthough i have my own targets. my passion for people and sales have made me the top sales representative in my company exceeding my target uo to 140%+ every month.

Pros: i have been told that i would be the next sales manager should a position ooen
Cons: stock holding currently makes it difficult
