Learning curve especially in terms of direct dealing with clients

Starting with the company from grass root level . Developing a market and also introducing the business in a competitive area . Then growing the client base so that we can develop a Target stucture that shows growth and also the staying power in the industry. the growth also included the dealing with different clients in areas such as cold calling , delivery, checking progress and also making quotations for clients .in that business also doing debt collection as far as managing the accounts that we are servicing .

Great working with all different types of clients

I enjoy my work but my salary does not cover for half of my things. There is no future for me here. We do not get any promotions or any benefits. All the promises that have been made ha not yet come to past.
