i love working for wheel assemblers but i have a problem with the fact tht there are no opportunities to grow a career in that company and im a very ambitious person i dont like doing the same job for too long because then one tends to develop a routine and that is not challenging enough for my charecter

Great experience in automotive industry

II worked as an operator with Wheel Assemblers at Ford motor company south Africa in Silverton i has a great experience there .I had good relationship with management and workers.

Pros: I was exposed in different industry as my filed is electrician.
Cons: I worked 3shifts pattern

Tough environment to work, tough labour. They under pay employees.

Manager is a racist. The company is filthy and full of cockroaches, employees are working without personal protective equipment. The company is short staffed and that makes tough environment to work in

Pros: Nothing good about that company
Cons: Overtime is paid on normal rate
