I have been involved in strategy formulation and implementation during my last three years

I have been involved with clients from a variety of industries during the course of my career having working on a variety of mid-sized to large complex accounts. I am especially knowledgeable in short term insurance broking across diverse industries (Manufacturing, Telcoms, Banking & Financial Services, Agriculture, Mining, Transport and Aviation among others) My outstanding organizational skills, detailed focus on service delivery and my ability to follow through allow me to manage my accounts in a highly efficient manner. Over the past few years I have headed teams at WFDR Risk Services, Marsh Zambia Limited and Alexander Forbes Risk Services Zimbabwe and have achieved my new business targets. Working on new business I acquired an ability to negotiate and liaise with customers at various levels.

Have a passion to learn more and to grow

Highly self motivated young women with the zeal to learn more, a very hard working lady and can work under pressure with little or no supervision. i'm good in teamwork and also have a very high good communication skills both to the public and to my workmates. insurance has taught me to be a risk manager and i love to work and complete the available tasks thus i become very offended if i dond meet my given objectives.
