Good learning curve for me

Hectic work load but great experiancial learning curve. Working and knowing how to handle a group of team's, gained alot of experiance on site as a supervisor, forman and some project management skills. Working under pressure into reaching dead lines and goals for completion on project. I mostly enjoy being on site morethan office work such as administrative work , i have a good relationship with all my coworker's as respect has always been the key to me.

Pros: Great starting point for experiance
Cons: Hectic work load

Work under pressure/work long hour shifts

Responsible for the health and safety of all employees at the specific company. Compiling health and safety files for my company. Keeping all documents in my file up to date/maintaining checklists Safety meetings once a month. Ensuring the company and all the employees to reduce injuries and fatalities by implementing safety measures for all workmen and women;daily risk assessments/toolbox talks to be held and records to be held there of

Pros: This will surely be an great opportunity for me ,hence I'm looking for new opportunities outside northern Cape and start fresh
Cons: not afraid of working long hour shifts
