Excellent learning opportunity

Culture has always been a big part of my life. Working at Wetu has taught me the basis of cultural fits when hiring staff and maintaining that culture for all current staff. Having been part of the Operations team for 6 months, managing the HR department as well as Office Management, my role has expanded and I've learnt many things during my time there. This includes contracts varying from staff to building management and even delivery contracts. I had the most interactive relationships with the staff to anyone else at the company. I recruited almost 50% of the current staff at the company, I've gotten to know them all very well as their HR.

Cons: Long working hours
