Very busy pressurized industry. Lovely staff members get on very well with all of them.i am firm but fair to all. I enjoy the meeting where everyone can brainstorm. Implementing new policy and procedures

Printing industry, lots to learn

Wonderful company to work for. Except owner immigrated to Canada and New person took over. No more structure within the company. Lovely people like a family place, very friendly staff and customers.
