Growth of a leader

Interacting with students is my favorite part of my role. I have a great working relationship with my co-workers, especially those who report to me. I enjoy being on the ground, understanding exactly what our students are going through so that my team and I can come up with ways to assist the students. Learned more about my limitations, I know which areas of focus to work on in order to be excellent in my role.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth.
Cons: Unhealthy confrontations where the aim is not to resolve a problem.

Gaining exceptional knowledge in field

Have to work under pressure sometimes. Have learnt to be patient as I work with people on a daily basis,love working with my team and prefer to have a timeframe on different tasks. sometimes I have extremely long working hours. I have gained exceptional experience on different machintoch systems throughout this position and have gained some insight on IT development as a whole.

Pros: Gained exceptional knowledge on IT Development
Cons: Heavy workload
