The most challenge at my work is their disciplinary action when u made a mistake.what ive learn new is to work fast and work according to time framed and accurate.submit your production and priority targets of the day at the end of the day.able to work accurate without supervision My relationship with co workers was very good in such a way that i was known by other my collegue that i didnt recognise and i was pretend as i knw them already when they we were chatting on free time and appriciate my effort as a woman. The most challenging aspect of my job is poor planning frm managemant of my job it makes job slow and hard

I learn working under pressure and long hours,important thing is safety

Management was capable of planning the job we work overtime.The top priorities was safety they make sure the area is clean and safe.I learn to with a different culture of people. The i enjoy the most is safety they take safety very seriously. Typical work day is where by we doing the pressure testing during winter

Excellent and challenging job that brings the best in a person

Its a dynamic male dominated working environment which requires flexibility and ability to work under extreme pressure, excellent communication skills and attention to detail and to work long hours even on Sundays if required. High dedication and positive attitude excellent service to client and service providers Maintaining high levels of professionalism and confidentiality at all times High maintenance of safety standards at all times What I've enjoyed most is constant challenges that the job brings and the challenging aspect is patience is tested at all levels Team work and accountability becomes a requirement for the job

Faster leaner

It was very interesting working in my every day challenges cause the reviews was to always meet client satisfaction. With co workers I work well with people and easy going with everyone I also have never mined working long hours to meet targets and I work well under pressure

It was extremely excellent opportunity to join and work at Wetback.

Working under stress but it was a learning experience. Have a good communication with co-workers. I've learned to work under pressure. Every day was something new. And it was a pleasure to go work every day. The challenges was to do my work good and better than anyone else.
