Excellent

My daily duty To do daily inspection and tool box talk where I communicate with employees. Checkiing Risk assessment and sign off Enforcing safety on site by issuing the appreciation tokens. Doing safety competition and award prizes during Safety Meeting. I like with employees because they come with ideas and we discuss them evey Friday on toolbox talk. The employees very cooperative it makes mevto enjoy my job The most challenging, there are lot of monkeys some of employees afraid of them & that cause of accident because they ran and the responsible personnel at Mokopane do not take it serious

Pros: I don't see any opportunities for promotion
Cons: The problems i have we don't paid for holidays, overtime and sick leave
