Great Experience

Working at Westview was a great experience, on daily basis one would find themselves busy, every day you would find patients all ready waiting for you to be admitted into the clinic. It was a highly busy environment where u never find yourself not doing anything but instead working hard, interecting with new clients hourly. The working environment with colleagues was more fun and relaxed sometimes you would find the working environment quite as everyone would be busy with they're work. I have learned management skills, time management, flexibility and multitasking, my admanstrative skills improved. I enjoyed most working with people from different walks of life. The most challenging aspect of my Job was having to deal with difficult patients but it also made learn that difficult people polish you to become a better version of yourself.

Good working Enviroment and excellent working experience

Working at Westview Clinic its interesting because we work with different kind of people in that case u learn to understand each person character and I started working as a cleaner got promoted being a nursing assistant and now I'm currently working as an Admin Clerk.All in all its a nice place to be besides that its an Non-Profit Organization as a single parent its quite a challenge for me because I'm the bread winner so its difficult.A typical work day its when the Patients become aggressive rather than that its good to work here,We are working well together with my co-workers and theres one thing I learnt here its respect.What I enjoy most is being around the patients.And the most challenging aspects is when u have to surge patients on their arrival

Pros: Great oppotunity for promotion only if u work hard and commited to your work
Cons: Not getting paid every month
