The culture is vertical and stagnant. Opportunities for growth are slim to none. I have good relationship will most of the employees, especially general assistants. I derive joy from being of help to the marginalised and seeing them happy and appreciative of being helped.

Was a good place to di6 my practical as an auto electrician apprentice

Learned housekeeping health and safety and risk assessment sheets fleet management to work with a pro active team and independently and all the electrical system of vehicles diagnosis and treatment

Improve within the field of work and ensure quality service delivery in administrative support

I worked at Westonaria Local Municipality from 01 March 2014 to 31 August 2015. I am good working as individual or team work. I ha d a good relationship with my former colleagues. I enjoy being recommended and appreciated when doing good job. there was nothing challenging except when learning new things that I don't take long to adapt. I learnt to work

Cons: available to work anytime including holidays if necessary
