TO LEARN MORE AND FACE THE CHALLENGES AT DIFFERENT LEVELS.

WE ARE WORKING 9 HOURS A DAY,OUR MANAGEMENT DOES NOT PAY THE EMPLOYEES ACCORDING TO THEIR WORK LOAD OR LABOUR DEPARTMENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COUNTRY.

Pros: NO OPPORTUNITIES AT ALL FOR PROMOTIONS
Cons: LONG WORKING HOURS BUT UNPAID

I AM ON A LEARNING CURVE BECAUSE ITS MY FIRST TIME IN A CONSTRUTION ENVIRNMENT.

WE ARE WORKING9 HOURS A DAY AND MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY TEAM-MATES IS VERY WELL AND SUPERB. I HAVE LEARNT TO PATIENT TO OTHER WORKERS AND FRIENDLY BECAUSE MOST OF THEM ARE EMPLOYED FROM SCHOOL.

Pros: NO CHANCES OF PROMOTIONS
Cons: WE ARE WORKING LONG OURS BUT LESS PAYMENT

I like to be a clerk because i am using my laptop all the time.

At Westmead Hauliers Construction we are working 9 hours a day , we are working as team , I have learnt the tolerance and I enjoy to work as a team and on Sundays just to make sure the community we are working with are happy.

Pros: I am still looking forward to become the SITE-MANAGER because i have learnt about controlling and communication.
Cons: I have got no problem of working long hours because we have to make sure our customers are happy too.
