HR Consulting is a great learning curve.

My HR Consulting business was started in December 2015, focusing on all HR practices. However, the bulk of the work is payroll outsourcing on Sage VIP Premier (Have software @ my home office), contracts & policies, Recruitment, Succession Plans, Coaching and Labor Law advice. I currently have 4 clients, predominantly in the Finance and Digital Marketing markets. This has been a great experience and I've learnt so much, but I'm in the position that I require a more structured income. Due to late-or-no-payments, this is no longer an option for me. HRM consulting: Payrolls, succession plans, contracts, recruitment.

Mainly small Finance and Digital Marketing companies. Running payrolls on Sage Premier VIP, PAYE & other deductions advances, etc., reconciliations, policies & procedures, succession planning, employee benefits.

Pros: Flexible working hours.
Cons: Sporadic, late or non-payment.
