Hard working, target driven

Company is a great place to work at, there's always room for improvement but employees are always kept in the loop about what's happening, treatment is fair and skills training is given

Open learning curve but not excellent

High race discrimination;no suuport tools for development; one is just expected to find their own feet. There is nit much to say about this company.The management skulls for people is very poor and bad

One person doing 5 peoples work

arrangefarm environment - only person doing all of the admin and inputs of fruit on the farm, working with stock take, finances, health and safety, presentations, reports, working at creche, travel arrangements, training arrangements, meeting arrangements, taking minutes, catering for visitors

Cons: long hours and doing 5 people work
