To manage what ever project is allocated to you,its not that perfect because we have to work as team others hide information that is vital to accomplish yr job,work hard and not focus on the negativity of yr other colleagues,when learner finish their project and are accredited,to think about yr work when at home

Pros: Further learning is promoted within lecturers
Cons: Overtime paid on leave
