Do admin work for the directorate, submit documents when they have to be and send notification letters to schools. Compile and authorise payments for the directorate's part time supervisors. Work very well with co-workers as their job is to go and evaluate schools. I ensure that before the actual visits, their cars are ready, if schools are in rural, make sure that accommodation is booked and their advances are paid on time. I ensure that they have stationery, school profiles, maps etc. I have learnt government different systems including policies, rules and regulations. I have learnt how to capture and authorise payments on different systems. I enjoy working with the directorate's budget, projections, adjustments, expenditure etc. I also enjoy doing payments including compilation and calculation of tax deductions for part timers to be submitted to SARS. There is nothing challenging about the current job. That is why I am looking for a challenging job.

I have learnt so much eg. Capturing data, MS word , MS excel and Microsoft Office.
My typical work day is that I sign in between 7h00-7h30 from Monday- Friday. Everyday is very different. I handle many aspects from arranging meetings, to acting as a liaison between my boss and external and internal contacts, to many forms of project management, and numerous routine administrative functions. I am having a good working relationship with my co-workers. I help them where they are in need for help and we work well as a team. I have learnt to capture data, learnt to improve my MS word, MS excel and E-mailing skills. How to create learner profiles, assisted a few teachers by checking their marks. Assisting the administrative secretary with updating the principal's files. I enjoyed assisting with the admin because I have always seen myself working as an Administrator and Bookkeeping. Having to learn how to deal with different types of personalities. Getting the data in order to complete the capturing of the learner's attendance.
Pros: we are not working on Weekends.
Cons: We do not have long working hours.

Great Work experience
Each day is different, and it gives you different methods to deal with different challenges. The type of work I was doing was able to fine tune me to plan ahead, to be. Disciplined with time as well as attending to different problems that might arise. It was great to work in my year level as we were able to support each other as well as making sure that no team member is left behind. At times we would disagree, however this did not come between us and it did not hinder our way to deliver our work and meet our daily targets. I enjoyed working with kids because it meant that I had to push myself to adapt their way of thinking also it helped me to plan better and align my lessons according to how they would learn. The most challenging part of my job was to maintain a healthy and balanced relationship with with learners, as they would pose different attitudes each day this meant I had to be able to adjust myself.

I am an administrator who focuses on develoment holistically.
I believe that each day comes up with new opportunities for one to improve and blossom. Working in an educational institution challenges me every day, especially in an institution with learners with many barriers, thus demands someone with experience and dedication. That has motivated me to do research, as I am preparing myself to empower my learners. More than teaching the subject matter I desire to help my learners to increase in self discovery. I believe that each of us has a unique personal experience that can enhance other people's lives. Travelling around the province has taught me that there is a lot to be done still to improve the quality of education in many areas of our province.

The job is a good experience for me personally
The company does not offer any growth in the specific sector im working in at the moment Its a internship with no opportunity of getting permanent in anyway possible. The challenges one gets to face everyday is dealing with different kids on a daily whether it be trauma, counseling and doing group activities with learners. The learning experience personally is great working experience, we do individual work at your based school, so we work independently.
Pros: Get to do different training on how to deal with the school kids
Cons: No growth, salary not reasonable for the amount of work load

Every morning its briefing, what to expect for the day, and all necessary aspects. working relationship with co-workers is a healthy one, and at some point up and downs will occur but nothing that wont be sorted. I have that working as a team is the best tactic we could ever use and it works the best, because everyone brings their strength and energy towards the same goal, and having a common goal can make all of us enthusiastic. I enjoy teaching/training, it brings out my personality, i enjoy talking what i know best and bringing the same content in a very different and exciting manner. The most challenging aspects of my job is the clients(students) absenteeism, not submitting in time,and mostly the behavior and being told to account for their negligence.

Excellent learning curve
I was working as a junior school counselor working with primary school children by coming up with various activities to help motivate learners who are going through a tough time and those who feel they don’t fit in.

Teacher
Teacher I am a 2 year old experienced teacher. Who has prior experience in administration and Marketing Research. I have the ability to adapt to every environment. I accept any challenge. I perform at my peak everyday. I have learnt empathy for the people I teach and work with. I bring out the best in others too.
Pros: You can literally change someone leaners life.
Cons: You don't get any recognition. The hours are after hours. You play many roles. A doctor, psychologist, councillor, mother and father.

Fast learner
I love a friendly environment, as I am a friendly person. I have 12 months knowledge and experience in HR/Admin/Secretarial work. I love working amongst other people. As Team work makes the dream work.
