Excellent in work well independently and within a team. Self starter, able to manage own department.
I have been in a sales role for more than 10 years. I have relocated from Jhb to Durban in November this year. I believe I can add value to any organisation as I am a self-starter, I work well independently and very well in a team. I managed my own department Internal Sales / Sales Co-Ordinator / Logistics / Procurement / Billings, Requesting Quotes and Placing orders while I was employed at EOH for 5 years. My objective is to excel in whatever given task is assigned to me and be professional in all aspects of any job description. I set myself high goals and believe to achieve those standards.
Pros: Fast learner, able to manage staff as I was in a similar role before. Assisted in Debtors, dealt with finance regarding billings every month end. Dealt with Distributors and Vendors regarding pricing, waiving lapsed fees for late renewals. Always willing to assist other colleagues.
Cons: Cannot work long hours but can work remotely from home.

Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquitte
I love working at Westcon as the culture is very extensively covering everyone - even at different ranks. The company has DNA where everyone is expected to work around the pillars of Excellence, Integrity, Empowerment and partnership... As a call centre consultant we work on the policy of one call resolution therefore product training forms part of our daily typical work day. I am a great team player, and so is everyone in my Telesales / Call Centre Department as we all need one another from case to case. I have learnt a lot patience, handling difficult or not so easy customers, how to remain calm in challenging circumstances and to remain emotionally balanced I enjoy the working relationships, assisting both internal and external customers. Most challenging aspects are dealing with a client who has been given a promise and then it is not being fulfilled, an expectant client with high hopes. Also the travelling distance and traffic are bad.

Excellent learning curve
Open communication format, extensive benefits and compensation, rewards and incentive programs. Availability of training and professional performance development opportunities.Its a great place to work. I was able to learn customer service skills along with gaining call center experience. I love having a voice. My boss listens to my ideas and the whole team works together to make them happen. We all support each other and work together to offer creative feedback and them made our ideas a reality. I love being appreciated and listened to. I love that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my job. I work full-time on a flexible schedule, both in and out-of-office, and my boss trusts me to produce high quality work and results. I work hard to maintain that level of trust, which keeps me engaged and excited — but at the same time, I love that my job enables me to love and enjoy my other passions in life

Conducting customer feedback

Learning and working hard
I am 29 year old guy who is looking to face an IT industry; in brief I just completed my Bsc Degree majoring in Computer Science and statistics in 2010. I worked at university of Limpopo medunsa campus as a student assistance and lab technician when I was doing my final year in 2010. I started my career in sales in 2014 as an intern at Westcon. i moved to Microsoft Licensing technical Support specialist from 2015 to 2016 and started to work as Internal Sales Support for 2016 to date. I will like to grow my career in sales and move to new work environment

A good learning curve
It's a hectic job that requires you to work a full 8 hours, have a good relationship with my team mates as am currently the assistant lead to the invoice processor.

Excellent
They have a very welcoming colleague. As a new worker fresh I got a great opportunity to learn. The most challenging aspect is when it's month end and you got to meet your deadlines
