Passionate about Technology in this generation

On a typical working day what we do as technicians we report at the head office to sign the register then we have brief discussion with our IT manager and other technicians.We do support in all campuses after receiving the email or written IT request from campuses.We therefore split to do support what we do is we do troubleshooting,installations starting new labs from scratch,Installing Anti Viruses,OS,we familiar with Coltech Microsoft and the internet. We work as a team we get along well with other colleagues cause we believe in what we say each one teach one,If we are faced with challenges we escalate the challenge too the second level teachnician who manage to assist remotely with the help of Teamviewer. Learning new things on the daily basis is what I enjoy most like knowing whats new in the market and new develoments. The biggest challenge we usually experience is when the server is down and there is no network or theres a loop,thats where we tend to be having stress.

Pros: Getting promotion is usually the best issue in doing the great job
Cons: Do not mind working long hours as long as overtime is paid

Excellent

Westcol is collage based in Randfontein it is a good company they treat people well but unfortunately it was a learnership that i was doing and i also did my studies at Westcol i did my office administration course for 3 years it was NQF L2 , L3 and L4 thats why am also applying for this position because i know things about administration i hope you guys will consider my application.

Excellent leaning

I work lot of work and working under pressure, willing to work everyday friendly with every colleages,kind to everyone, humble person I leant to become calm when the client come with fight, to work with team, share information with colleagues, I enjoyed to do things that challenging because it a part of learning more different things working under pressure because it making me to learn to do different things at the same time, to work with different with different managers is to deal with fighting clients, because some other time I don't know how to respond to them.

Its Great working in Westcol

I am an energetic, ambitious person who has developed a responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. I am excellent in working with others to achieve a certain objectives on time and with excellent. I have also a clear mind, logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to completion.

I gained alot of exposure and growth from the west on insitution.

I like the working as a team. The work environment was great were were motivated to go to work because of the we were united as a team. They allow us to grow in terms of job rotation we learn and develop our serlves.

Talking in calls or making out going call relating to the work place

We are working mostly with students, so we are always busy with assisting with the students, parents and lecturers. We answer call and direct them to the relevant people or talking minutes on daily basis ( morning briefing minutes).

Pros: None
Cons: 07:30 until 18:00

I am hard worker, humble,i can work in under pressure, i do my job in time, time manager, am a freindly worker to everyone, i have computer experient.

Excellent learning

I have learned how to interact with different students, and how to handle certain situations when I come across it. I enjoy working with my co-workers because they are kind to me and whenever I am struggling with something they do help me.

Pros: there's an opportunity for me to grow
Cons: I work extra 3 hours each day
