Fast leaner

I am a jack of all trades I can achieve various goals and can do multi tasks I can receive and check good quality and make sure the barcodes is according to standard, I can to stock check stock control and put stock at the right bay to scan out to be dispatched again loading 12 trucks a day to make sure they go to all the shops. Handling problems with employees or sorting out a problem I have learnt to treat your staff right and they will give you they're best to deliver the tasks that is handed out to them. To receive 20 trucks a day and to stack it correctly palletizing it and packing stock away before 16:00 is my achievement everyday

Good learning curve

I learns a lot about retail and got to experience new thing's as well as meet different type's of people. I now hsve more knowledge and experience in the retail world

My Experience in working in West Pack lifestyle

Dealing with unhappy customers and ensuring that they are always satisfied. Promoting motivation to staff daily and ensuring that organisational goals are reached. A typical workday is very busy, up and down all day long. I have learnt that patience is a virtue and that I constantly have to improve myself daily so the organisation will be effective through my leadership. I enjoy seeing customers being satisfied with our services. The most challenging aspect of the job is managing time and ensuring that the employees responsibilities are achieved everyday.

Hard working person

At west pack im dealing with different customer,capturing the information,filing,emailing all the admin duties.And im very happy with the challenges that ive being getting from different customer and supliers.

Pros: it was much difficult before but after the experience that i gain from west pack everything become nothing.Easy to deal with everyone ,to complete the office's work is nothing.
Cons: from 07:00 untill 18:00

Excellent learning curve

Excellent good listener, good communicator perfect smile am good with my staff I have learned to treat customers with care and love .. and that customers are always right not give them bad attitudes be on time at work

Atypical work day.i enjoyed working with customers and I leaned more about pet's

I really like to work with customers and I leaned more about them when coming to pet's band my relationship with my co_workers it wasn't too good they were pretending to like me

Good work experience

I'm currently a floor supervisor, my job is to oversee the staff and make sure they do their work according to the companies' standard. I handle everything from conflict, poor work performance, and I take steps if an employee doesn't meet the working standards as required. I work very long hours which doesn't do any good to my private life. It's a very good working environment because we get to do customer service and get along with different people and the relationship with the staff is awesome. And the worse part of the work is that we get to offload stock from delivery trucks for a few hours no matter what whether it is. The most challenging thing is to handle difficult stuff, which is not something that I cannot handle.

Pros: We get promotions, because i also started working on the floor.
Cons: Very long hours.

Have years of experience in retail and store management. . Love working with various people from all walks of life as one is never to old to learn a new trick or two I'm driven and friendly problem solver with an eye for exellence.
