Great

i have a great experience of working at Wesizwe Platinum Mine though sometimes i have to work under pressure meeting the deadlines, working without my line manager and ensuring that everything is in oder. meeting has been schedulled, minutes taken and emailed to the SLP team or co- workers, site visit (farm) communicating with the different stakeholders. A typical work day it was not easy but i had to make a plan. i organised two meetings at the same time for SLP team i did go through my calendar therefore my line Manager was angry at me " he said to me Olebogeng we have clash i said yes then he said do we have calender's"? i came up with solution i said to him let us shere the meetings lets use the main boardroom and the small boardroom at the same time then we shared the meeting. what i enjoy the most is to work with the community problems solving in the SLP Project

Good learning

very interesting job, firstly we have morning meeting about the work that had to be performed, every one had to give some input if he/she has one. communicating with co-workers to help each other in packing, stocktaking. helping different department with requested material and helping them with creating Sap reservation and helping co-workers how to receive and issue materials on Sap.

Pros: improving my working skills
Cons: language difficulties, chines mine.
