Excellent learning curve
To whom it may concern: At Welfit Oddy my typical work day at work is always busy, sometimes I work during my tea time to get work done, because I do a lot of work and there are expected from me to do a lot of task in a certain time. My relationship with co-workers is very good, but I don't interact much with them, because everyone is focusing on what must be done, only talk when we have to get certain things done or before work starts we joke around things here and there, laughing and making the best of the moment to start the day good and with a positive attitude. I have learnt a lot, also on how to work under pressure, because we have a lot to. Working with qualities, getting stationary, filling ,dealing with customers certificates for the tanks we build, working with Welfit Oddy's database which certain information must be insert and also emailing ,etc. I enjoy my lunch breaks and listening to music. Meeting my deadlines and doing a new big jobs for the customers, but i get it done.
Pros: never a great moment for promotions
Cons: only 8 hours a day

The sad part is, there is no improving in promotions, etc.
Good afternoon My typical day at work is always very busy, because I am working with customer's certificates for every tank we build. My relationship with my co-workers is fine, but we don't interact that much, mostly in the morning before work starts to get ourselves ready and in a positive mood by making jokes, etc. I have learnt a lot here at this company, by my co-workers as well and enjoying it. Learning how to work with the customers, dealing with the certificates, how to use the database, because its not just any database. I enjoy my lunch break very much, walking to the canteen and getting some fresh air. Meeting my deadlines which I do and getting a lot of work done in a weeks time, to keep the customers happy.

Cons: only 8 hours a day

Learning curve is very good, but no promotions.
Work day is very busy and focusing a lot on getting things done for the manager and customers. Relationship with co-workers is very good and we don't interact so much, because we focusing on getting our work in before deadlines. I have learnt a lot, mostly about the Welfit Oddy database and how to do the certificates for the tanks the customers order individually. I really enjoy my lunch break, walking to the canteen and getting some fresh air and also during my break I just relax and listening to soft music. Getting my work done on time to keep the manager and customers happy, but I always get it done before deadlines.
Pros: Not really great oportunity for promotions
Cons: 8 hours a day and no overtime.

More learning curves, but never oppertunities
To whom it may concern: I am applying for this job, because the current one I'm in is not permanent, but would love to be part of your group. I am a hard worker, fast learner and do my work to the best of my ability. I'm at WELFIT ODDY doing data capturing, I'm a quality administrator, but also love this kind of jobs, typing, filling, scanning in work and very good at working under pressure. I also enjoy working with people and I'm very honest and loyal when it comes to my work and don't like absenteeism at a work place. I'm a helpful person and a team player who easily get used to the environment and always able to meet deadlines, that's exciting for me. I also like to add that I have done my first year Human Resource Management and have two years experience in Administration. Good exposure to my career
A typical day would be I will get in call everyone together talked about what we have done the previous day , hear if there is problems with their assignments. If there is we will work on that problems first before we carry on to another assignment. The best part of my current career is that I love working with people and love to see employees to develop more skills in my case welding. I have learnt to stay more focussed and always be patient with trainees who struggles with doing their activities . The most challenging area in my career is when you get across trainees who always knows more than the trainer. Trainees who can't cope with the training and find it difficult to accept the fact that they are not cut out for that specific career choice.
Pros: Exciting career , you learn new stuff everyday

Good Exposure to Mid Management and good learning experiences
Exceeded the original goals. Keeps documents organized via MS Office to avoid duplicate information. Shows a sincere interest in employees and the solutions to their problems. I'm a driven positive person.
I have a hectic full working day everyday, working hard and getting things done. They very supportive and helping a lot, we get along just fine and I like to interact with them. I have learnt a lot , how to deal with customers, helping with the Welfit Oddy database and tanks that the company build's info, etc. I enjoy my lunch break, love to take fresh air and walking to the canteen, because that's the moment when I need a break from my work, but I love doing my job and meeting deadlines. Getting accurate information from the database , compiling a file with photos of the tank and serial numbers, getting everything ready for customers and helping with certificates that also have to go to customers.
Pros: no oppertunities but would promotion
Cons: 8 hours a day and 40 per week, no overtime.

Learning curve
I got a new position just before i graduate which allows me to take part in controlling and managing the team. Am dedicated in what I do working with people and giving right instructions to the workers when needed. We have nice understanding with the team because i respect them older and younger. I've learned a lot from them and how to work with people, understanding their needs and problems sometimes i solve what they can't do. Am always there to help them. I enjoying when my team is winning or get total of the production and working smart. Most challenging thing i ever faced is to deal with different personalities and managing conflicts but at the end I do solve whatever am facing.

Its a good company to work for and learn lot of things and experience.great opportunities to boost my career.great people and mentors to work with.learned to work with machinery that are challenging but great to learn to learn on them.have great maitnenance team to work with
