I was having a good relationship with employees because i was always communicating with them in terms of safety by either coaching or giving them ppe . I was also dealing with hours capturing and application for. Leaves . I have learned that people need to be respected if you want them to respect you and listern to you. I enjoy comunicating with people , customers and suppliers This job is challenging expecially month end by making reports fanalising employees hours to be sent to HR and if employees have short hours or there is a shortage of consumables.

Pros: i like to be promoted
Cons: i can work extra hours where is needed in order to cover for shortages

Frustrating work conditions.

Corporate company with systems that does not do well with customer orientated service deliveries. Promotional opportunities are limited in the company.

Pros: Large corporate company
Cons: Long hours long lead times on equipment and spares.
