Looking for a job closer to home

I am looking for a job closer to home, and live in Pinetown - therefore Westville would be ideal. My typical work day involves dealing with salary queries, and anything payroll related. Also assist HR with day to day functions, as the salaries are done monthly, and therefore have a bit of spare time before payroll is needed to be processed. I get along with my co-workers, and have had no disputes with them. When queries are called through to me, i try and deal with them within a 24 hour dead line. I have learnt that people and their salaries are important, and a necessity to be as accurate as possible to ensure a happy medium is required. I enjoy it when the job is done correctly, and staff are thankful and appreciative of your work. The most challenging part of my job, is that i am reliant on the accuracy of a system where calculations are done for me, and i cannot change these figures. This is where commission is captured by data capturers, and i am reliant on the accuracy of their work.

Good learning experience

My contacts workers are very friendly. I get on with everyone in the office as I am a very bubbly and outgoing person. I enjoy every bit of HR. My daily duties include but are not limited to: Recruiting Terminating Updating employee details Looking into CCMA cases and many more
