It was a live lesson for me

I started at 7:00 with safety meetting and general maintenance for day, the rest of the day sorting problems out ordering parts and help the mechnic with problem solving, 17:00 when all is out to home I do my daily admin for the next day. I'm the info man to go to if the co-workers needed technical knowledge, I have a good working relationship with my co-workers but where is 1or 2 works that makes the work place deviled. I have learnt a big live lesson do not treat poeple the same, treat poeple indiviualy.

Pros: It a young company with lost of grove
Cons: Morning is not for me

Excellent learning curve

Coming from a specialising company Wego has given me a broad perspective into the pharmaceutical field. Everyday is a learning day, with our mother company in China we get to experiment with new products.
