I have learned that customer service is very important and always have to be excellent so that your customers will always come back for more. I had 9 staff members reporting to me from front of house to technician and stock controller, we worked very well together and still going strong even though challenges are there.

Pros: Great opportunity for customer experience

Comfortable working space, great communication between staff and employer,

WeFix was like a family, we were a tight bunch we had fun and laughters but when it came down to business we were all about making money and meeting our targets and most of all keeping the clients happy and selling only the best products and giving the best customer service. Working at wefix taught us how to work with difficult clients and how to calm them down as well as helping them, what I enjoyed most while working at Wefix was working with people interacting with them meeting new people from different cultures and races.

Pros: Free WiFi free Wefix products, meeting new people and building a bond with the clients
Cons: Working long hours and public holidays, money not being enough no room to grow or give ideas on how to better the business
