work is good and the hours is great learning is good,and they send me on training of at december.the enviroment is good to work in.i'm learning things that i dd not know there is.

Every day is a day of something to learn and achieve.

The company has potential if they look after their staff and treat every one fair and just if they look after their staff better. The company has a lot of staff that has knowledge and that can offer more than what they are doing at this current stage in time. The company has great solutions, but cant stick to what they are saying. Mis-management plays a big role in the company and where they are heading at this time.

Pros: Lots that can be learned, You are free to do stuff on your own.
Cons: Long working hours, No bonus for the last 5 Years, Minimal to non salary increases, No growth in your position, Micro Management, Unfairly treating staff.

Learnt a lot & the company has learnt from me. The people are awesome

Every day is like a team building day. As a company we strive to function as one unit. There is no such thing as "me" it is "us". The drawing office always think of new ideas & practicality.

Pros: Excellent experience,
Cons: Management is Top heavy

Change of perspective

I am currently working as a design engineer for mechanical equipment with a great mentor and support system. I had to travel around South Africa, Zambia, Mozambique and Zimbabwe for refurbishments on plants or new plants. I try to be involved with the project management team, the design team and the manufacturing team as much as possible. I enjoy improving water treatment plants for a better future and in the last 3 years working in the water industry improved my skills and knowledge.

Pros: Improving skills and knowledge
Cons: Travelling time to work and back
