Great opportunity to remain in the industry i have great passion for.

Check emails Attend meetings with site foremen on progress on works. Attend meeting with Director to plan for the day. Liaise with conveyancing attorney on status on each property. Liaise with engineers. Correspondence with various banking institutions on status on payments. Update daily progress reports for Director. Attend to Director's personal matters. I have always worked well with co workers. I have enjoyed this working in the construction industry as this is on of my passions. The most challenging aspects of this job is meeting deadlines but once deadlines have been met and clients are satisfied and i see families moving into their new homes. ..... "Priceless" and total work satisfaction.

Pros: I have achieved what i have this passion for.
Cons: none except i had to relocate to Durban

Allowed the opportunity to work in the industry i have a passion for.

Report to Director check and respond to emails. Attend meetings with Site foremen. Update work in progress reports. Liaise with engineers Liaise with attorneys. Update on all property registration. Update figures for final clearance figures from local municipality. Assist with requirements for infrastructure from municipality. Attend to all personal requirements and correspondence for director. Update director's diary. Attend meetings with director. Followup on all payments for various banking institutions. Liaise with NHBRC. Work relationships with co-workers has never been a problem. I enjoy my work overall. Most challenging is motivating people to do their jobs. Most valuable lesson learnt is that "People never sieze to amaze me "

Execellent opportunity to understand the construction industry

• Personal assistant to Director/Project manager. • Responsible for all personal and work requirements of CEO. • Authorize start orders for each project. • Liaise and correspond with sub-contractors. • Daily inspections of all sites under construction. • Monitor progress and compile reports. • Reconciliation of all accounts with sub-contractors. • Submitting plans from draft to finals with engineers. • Correspond and update reports from conveyances attorneys on a daily and weekly basis. • Correspondence between local municipality and conveyances attorneys for rates clearances. • Updating and monitoring sales reports daily. • Updating reports from project and site managers daily. • Track progress of sites and submit relevant progress payments to the various banking institutions. • Liaise with various engineers. • Liaise with attorneys and track progress on registrations of each property.

Pros: working with a great team of people
Cons: none except i had to relocate to Durban

Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to introduce myself. I am a well presented mature woman of with a many number of years of experience as a personal assistant/project manager. I am a hard worker and I believe I am an asset to any company that I am employed with. I work well with people and I have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. I am a team player, but I am able to work comfortably on my own too. In the professional world I believe it is very important to the image of the company I represent, therefore I strive for perfection and dedication. I have worked in various industries and I have gained good knowledge of each industry, however construction remains my passion.
