A good company to work for, however when it comes to recognition it lacks a bit, the company isn’t so transparent with its people. The salary isn’t worth the job that one does.

Great growth opportunities

It was a great company to work for at first but now there's a lot of unfair treatments and favoritism. They are always recruiting and dismissing employees, which is also making one feel not at ease when it comes to their job security. People don't get acknowledged for the amount of work they put in and yet they're quick to point out mistakes.

HONESTY

Working for WEBHELP is a very great experience as it is a good and warm working environment. Has taught me a lot customer care, etc. Working conditions and shift wise was scheduled fairly and accommodating. My co-workers were my family as I literally spend 9 hours a day with them. I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge as it a UK clientele. Most challenging aspect was transparency of the company.

Working with international customer handling they accounts and typing emails

webhelp is a outsourcing company that works with mostly international company I worked with Vodafone where we didnt customer servise for the telecommunication company for uk customers

Good learning curve but bad experience

Iv learnt communication skills and mental strength here. I have learnt to fight for high stats and work long hours to achieve greater heights in a short space and time. To work under pressure and complete all taskg. To follow up and tie up loose ends. All in all this was a great learning curve.

Hours are crazy

Learnt to understand UK customers Learnt different accent. Most of the times you get your salary short. Team leaders are forever not at work. Company rcognoses bad behavior a lot than a job well done. They do not have enough seats for their employees

Excellent learning experience and professional environment

One average each agent works 45 hours in a week with shifts ranging from 9am to 10pm during the winter and 10am to 11pm during the summer. The office space is open plan with bays which allows all the employees to engage with each other. It creates a friendlier environment. I've learnt who to deal with the most difficult and the most friendly customers as well as manage customers accounts that benefit the customers as well as the business. The part I enjoyed the most was the working for a company that has a foot in many countries from South Africa to India to the UK. The most challenging was having to service customers one after the other and as quickly as possible while still giving quality service.

Excellent learning curve

the channel of communication was excellent able to develop within the company able to raise suggestions and concerns within the company the level of understanding between management and employees was present learned to work under pressure and taking numerous calls and sounding the same in every call by providing excellent customer service experience for customers, multiple prices are won for excellency and good work for employees most challenges was dealing with difficult queries of customers and having to resolve them in a way that promotes the company as well as provides solutions for the customer. having to understand the company policies and abiding by them no matter what.

Pros: great way of understanding people around you, clients you deal with and how a business works from both perspective

Skills growth

Perfect place to grow your skills in the customer service industry. There is no transparency and clear communication with processes and change. Promotions are not feasible as people go back to their previous positions with stipends removed once peak has ended

Experienced alot of growth

My relationship with coworkers is exceptional and I have learned alot with regards to knowing how to manage performance and connect with individuals to exceed expectations.
