Great Cornerstone

Webhelp SA has been a great cornerstone for my career. It is here, where I fell in love with facilitation and all things learning and development. The environment is amazing and supports growth not just for the company, but individuals. The people here work closely and have this energy that makes you feel at home. I have learned quite a bit about myself, but what I have taken away from my interactions with people the business, has to be the importance of patience, asking for help where I need it and helping other where needed. What I have enjoyed the most about my journey has to be the impact I have made in the lives of others. I think what I found to be the most challenging has to be instances where I have had delegates in my training group that were much older than myself.

I bring a new meaning to the work customer services

Working at Webhelp SA has taught me how to deal with customers over the phone, it is a very vibrant environment and the management is very driven, what I enjoy the most is meeting new people.The challenge is fixing up another agents mistakes however its a nice feeling to resolve such when full ownership is taken,My co-workers make my day quiet interesting as a lot of characters are mashed in one place.

Pros: Learning new ways of dealing with customers over the phone
Cons: Transport after a late shift to drop you home safely each night I am scheduled

Great experience as it is an online shopping campaign

-Great interaction with customers and colleagues -Awesome as i get along with my mates -The English culture -Interacting and learning more about a different continent -Nothing really as i meet all my set targets

Pros: Currently in position of being the product speacialist for the next intake
Cons: 10 hour shift for days on end

Excellent company to work for, also have great bonuses

A typical day at webhelp would be to work hard but also play hard which I what I have learnt from working with the company, I have developed great relationships with lots of co workers and learnt to work in a team but also be independent at the same time.

Pros: Lots of opportunities for promotion
Cons: Working most weekends
