A Learning Experience

Through the long shifts I work, I still find pleasure in resolving complex queries for my customers and ensuring they have a good customer experience. Working in a team makes my job more versatile as we all come up with flexible solutions to make our jobs easier. Therefore my team has become my family at work. There's always something new to learn everyday but the most important skill I have learned is listening although it requires you to be patient as well.

Good communication

I'm a highly motivated individual whose willing to learn through out the system and further. I'm interested In this job since I resigned at my previous employer since I had a business I started but due to financial trouble could not grow and lack of contacts I suggested I go back to work so can have a stable income to benefit my son and family

Perfect start to gain experience

Work environment was very nice ,people are easy to get allow with ,hours are to long ,but the incentives was the best ,its a excellent learning curve as you get to learn a bit of everything .
